Don’t be a rotten apple and show some appreciation. Whether it be employee, family member, someone providing some sort of service to you…a simple thank you, I appreciate or a genuine smile…that can make someone’s day.
You can tweak the method, but stay committed to your goals.
Sometimes you may find certain things that you are doing are not working. That doesn’t mean your goal is not attainable. You just have to switch it up a bit and try a different method. Never lose sight of your goals. Make adjustments, but keep your eye on the prize!
If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought. ~Peace Pilgrim
Be careful with your thoughts. If you think something is going to be difficult, it probably will be. Just if you think it will be easy, it will be. Try to stay positive in everything that you do. Keep the positive vibes flowing. When you’re not feeling so hot, look in the mirror and smile anyway. It will make you feel better if only for a few seconds. 🙂
Do you often think about a task or project far more than necessary, wasting time and energy? Over- thinking can cause undue stress. Second guessing can lead to more doubt and confusion.
Face the fear and do it anyway.
Are You On A New Journey In Your Life? Or Thinking About Taking The Step To Your Next Phase In Your Life?
Do you find yourself with a list of things to do and at the end of the day you have several incomplete tasks because you jumped from one to the other? You start out to do one thing and then end up doing another?
If that’s you, here’s a suggestion for you… Before you go to bed at night, write down your goals for the next day. We all have our long term and BIG goals, but for the day to day, smaller goals, write them down in a planner or journal. Write them down in the order of importance. The next day, be sure to not do anything else until you complete the most important or most urgent task on your list. Of course, do your normal routine (wash your face, etc.), but before you check your email, read the morning paper…BUT before you do ANYTHING else, complete the most important task on your list, then move on to the next.
Don’t forget to also write down your accomplishments, however small they may be. Baby steps count too!
